DAYCARE & OSC
Our daycare and out of school care rooms are designed to progressively meet the developmental needs of our children. Each child care room has age specific walls, furniture, toys, supplies and other amenities. We will be more than happy to explain how we designed each room during the parents tour. We encourage you to book your tour with us and bring your children along to have a fun time in our facility. We are on Calgary Trail.
A large childcare room allowing for only 7 children with 2 care providers to maximize the care and love given to each baby. This room is where most of our children have their first daycare experience and we aim to make it a comfortable and positive one. All our babies are attended by Edmonton's trained daycare professionals in the best care environment required for them.
We have 2 daycare rooms for this age category. Toddlers (19-26 mo. with diaper changing room) and 24-36 mo. with potty training room). Both rooms provide an introduction to our curriculum in a fun, play-based environment.
Our Academic program starts here! Preschool toddlers will have classes in our 4 cores; Mind, Body, Soul and Personality. Children are introduced to reading and tracing, math, science, health, cooking, art and much more! This is Edmonton's best daycare program!
Our kindergarten daycare children will take part in the next level of our 4 cores: Mind, Body, Soul and Personality. Level 2 classes are age specific for the 4 to 6 years old to prepare them for a smooth transition to the school system.
Our Out of School Kindergarten Care programs are designed to fit the 3 main types of Kindergarten systems administered in Edmonton schools: AM (8:30 to 11:30 am), PM (12:30 to 3:00 pm) and full day. We accommodate children in our OSC program as per the time they attend school. They will also be served with meals depending upon the time they are in daycare.
The Champion's Academy in Edmonton offers Language and literacy, French and sign language, cooking, cultural diversity, science etc.
Our nut-free menu follows Canada'a Food Guide and allows substitutions for children with allergies.
Our Edmonton's childcare has huge 2500 square feet fenced playground, with natural grass. There is a large gardening area and sandbox to play seasonal games and have experiences.
A leader Edmonton teacher and 2 assistants in each room. All staff members have Alberta child care staff certification, CPR, police clearance and background check.
Open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm for your convenience. (Monday to Friday)
