• Current and Valid First Aid/CPR
• Criminal Record Checks including vulnerable sector check
• Reference checks.

Child Development Assistant (Level 1)
Child Development Worker (Level 2)
Child Development Supervisor (Level 3)
Each employee should meet the minimum requirements as follows:

• Fluent in English – both oral and written communication
• Minimum one year experience in childcare
• Qualified Child Development Assistant/Worker/Supervisor
• Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector (Every three years).
• Valid First Aid & CPR.
• Perform duties as per Champions Academy Program philosophy: Mind, body, Soul and Personality.
• Supports the children in a loving, safe and nurturing manner creating an environment that is warm and welcoming.
