Our Fee Policies

Monthly fees are set according to the fee schedule in effect, & the age group being contracted for. Fees remain in effect regardless of absences due to illness or vacation.

Non-payment of fees will result in immediate dismissal from the Academy. The current bank charge will be applied for any NSF or returned cheque plus a $25.00 handling fee.

Subsidy is available for families who meet the criteria. If a family has applied for subsidy & are not yet approved, half of the monthly fee will be charged until approval is obtained. Families will be credited for the following month, as applicable. If the child does not attend for the required number of hours as dictated by the subsidy agreement, families are responsible for the difference in fees.

It is the family’s responsibility to keep their subsidy up to date. If the subsidy expires & families do not renew it on time, families will be responsible for the full, non-subsidized fee. If the subsidy is renewed & backdated, the parent-portion will be credited.


Upon registration, families are required to submit:

❖ $100 non-refundable deposit in order to secure a space for the child
❖ complete registration package (Completed Child Profile & Copy of Immunization Record or Signed Waiver, Signed Consent Forms (those that are applicable) and Signed Parent Contract and Rate Agreement)

Spaces will not be held by verbal contract, registration fee and cheques must be paid in order for a spot to be held for you and your child.


Upon withdrawal from The Champions Academy, one month of written notice is required. The Champions Academy will not refund the $100 deposit.
